Topic: end world poverty and achieve millennium goals by 2012

All around the world man countries are poor and much undeveloped. That’s why in 1965 they made the UNDP United Nation Committee. The committee was made to help countries get out of poverty and get clean energy and boost their economy. They did this by making the millennium development goal. The goal was basically made in three steps 1. To reduce the proportion of people living with less than a dollar a week. 2. Get a lot of jobs and work for people either women or young people. 3. Reduce the amount of people that suffer from hunger. The ten top poorest countries in the world are in Africa and that’s where the millennium goals hit more in Africa and Middle East.

France has always been a very good country and has never been in poverty. The only time France had a problem with poverty was in WWII. After that they had developed a strong economy. But know there having financial issues because many immigrants from Africa and Portuguese have come to France and they don’t have many jobs or houses where they can live and work. Many of these people live in the ghettos and live with less than 2 dollars. Many of these immigrants come with families and cause more problems.

France thinks that a good way to reduce poverty is to make a program in where they get people to build houses buildings and other projects there government makes them to do. The other solution is for counties to send money to these top ten poor countries to make them build hospitals schools and to teach people to use clean energy like solar, wind, water power.

what was the most important thing you learned you in MUN,and how can MUN be applied to your everyday life? i learned to be a more productive person. i always was a person that got so nervous talking in front of people that i would choke and get confused on what i was doing. but during this school year i learned to change my self. i learned more speaking skills and not to be afraid of putting my ideas out there on the floor because some people say i do have great ideas but i never say them. this year i have speak more than last year ever do it doesn't look like it.

what i learned in this class would help me a lot in my life. now that im looking for a job i have the people skills to communicate with them. also i know more about what happening in the world and came do something about it. writing a position paper also helps when im writing other paper for class.

Leonardo da Vinci was a painter,architect, sculpture, and an engineer. he was born in Anchiano in April 15 1452. He study the regular education that they give to every child he learned reading, writing, arithmetic.he started painting at age 15 when his father saw that he had talent he send Leonardo to work with artist Andrea del Verrocchio. in Florance he started working on a shop next door to his teacher where he painted and draw picture of everything he saw. later he became the official painter and engineer for duke Ludovico Sforza's. later he would paint his most famous drawings like the last super and the Mona Lisa. Leonardo also had many notebooks where he sketch different parts of the human body and animal skeletons. he also made many inventions like a flying machine, a tank, catapults, and war machines. even do he was a great painter many people criticized him as being a weirdo for drawing humanism.

the movie yesterday was really sad and interesting. the story was about a kid that look like a punk and decided to go to Africa with their friends so the could see about a problem they had.in Uganda they meet a boy name tony which they became good friends with him and came every two-three years to see him. later they decided to make plans to help the children to stay in school and get there education. this really didn't make me feel anything just sad cause i know the lady was right we as Americans always tried to help people in our on way and not there way. but besides that it was good and i hope we stayed quiet for the 25 in april.
